​The Annual function of Smt. Drakshayani Kalyanshettar  Public School was celebrated in an  awe-inspiring manner on 12.01.2023 at Sawai Gandharva Hall. The Chief Guest Mr. Guru Vidwan Sujay Shanbhag ,Director of JK Education Society Smt. Drakshayani Kalyanshettar, Chairman Mr Jagdish Kalyan shettar Vice chairperson Mrs Savita Kalyanshettar, Board members and Principal Mrs Indira Vijay Kumar graced the occasion with their presence.

 The theme anchors our commemoration" Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav".Students of classes 5th to 10th dressed up colourfully to celebrate ideas and ideals that have shaped India showcasing evolution and progress across different sectors that is, Science and Technology , Unsung Heroes ,Women Empowerment,Swachh Bharat Abhiyan,ISRO, Ashoka, Padmavati and many more.

  Best boy for the year was Ishanth Bhamkale and the Best girl was  Varsha Javali who was honoured by the Chief Guest . The Chief Guest shared his views on how everyone must involve and participate in cultural activities to bring out the glory of our nation .The Chairman Mr Jagadish Kalyanshettar addressed the gathering and also thanked the Chief Guest for his presence and appreciated the parents for their support n guidance. Praised the students for their spectacular performances.
Principal Mrs Indira Vijaykumar presented the Annual Report of the academic year 2022- 23
Lastly the program ended up with Vande Mataram. This program turned out to be an elegant presentation by the High school students.
