International Yoga day is celebrated on 21 June across the Globe with the theme

"Yoga for Humanity".
In compliance with this Smt Drakshayani Kalanshettar Public School took up the initiative to celebrate

​International yoga day on 21st June 2022 in the school premises in a grandeur way.

World Environment Day Celebrated at Smt Drakshayani Kalyanshettar Public School on 05/06/2022 with  a great involvement of students. Students  presented skit, speech,  paintings and crafts on saving our Mother Earth.

​      The programme  commenced at 8.00 am by Welcoming Chief Guest Dr. Mohan Math, School Chairman Mr. Jagdish Kalyanshettar , D K School Principal Mrs. Indira Vijaykumar, Head Mistress of J K School Mrs. Smita Vernekar,  Parents, Teachers and Students followed by a beautiful prayer dance by the students.

National Doctors'  Day was celebrated at

SMT DRAKSHAYANI KALYANSHETTAR PUBLIC SCHOOL on 1st July 2022, Friday.

Students presented a Skit, Mono act and Speech on importance of our health and  remarkable contribution of doctors towards our society.

Various Classes performed various programes : Depiction of freedom fighters, Speeches, Patriotic Songs, Hoops, Dumbles Drill and Elegant March Past by high school. The vibrant celebration on this occasion  show cased the gratitude towards the freedom fighters.

Finally the Chief Guest Dr. Mohan Math addressed the students about the significance and importance of Patriotism towards the Nation and guiding them for their participation and  contribution they could make wonders towards their country. He also said about Gurukul Education System and all the students are the future citizens of our Country. He concluded the speech applauding the participants' feelings and a deep sense of pride when the National Anthem  was sung . 

Students of Smt Drakshayani Kalyanshettar Public School, showcased their presentations about NO TOBACCO DAY  on 30/05/2022.

Students made Best out of Waste  and ECO Friendly Crafts to reduce the usage of Plastic which is harmful to our environment.

Students also paid a great tribute to all the Legend Musicians and Artists of our Nation India.
